IXO is the name of a business group which is specialized in haute cuisine. The group englobes the following restaurants: Mugaritz (Errenteria, Gipuzkoa), ni neu and Bodegón Alejandro (San Sebastian, Gipuzkoa) and Guggenheim Bilbao (Bilbao, Biscay). The aim of these restaurants is to create culture through gastronomy, with a lively, nonconformist and idealist spirit.
