Andoni Luis Aduriz and Bixente Arrieta are the two cooks leading our project that holds very different proposals. Andoni from the restaurant Mugaritz, represents the height of haute cuisine, a level he has reached after several years of work to make up a brilliant and totally personal career, universally recognised. As for Bixente Arrieta, he is the author of some very innovative and unique concepts; for example Ni Neu, the restaurant in the Kursaal Conference Hall and the Bodegón Alejandro, both located in San Sebastian, or the nerua Restaurant in Bilbao, leaded by Josean Martínez Alija, a chef of great international projection of the current cuisine scene.
